...or have just moved up or are contemplating it. Thought you might like this one.

Table is full of pushovers. Villian is tight and very weak -- very typical of many 1/2 Party players and this table in general, only even weaker. Blinds will fold to preflop aggression without strong hands.

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
4 folds, MP3 calls, 1 fold, Hero raises, 2 folds, MP3 calls.

Villian has hand selection and nothing else. You don't open limp in MP3.

Flop: (5.50 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP3 checks, Hero bets, MP3 folds.

Final Pot: 3.25 BB

Lately I've been playing 2 tables of .5/1 and watching 1 table of 1/2 at the same time. There are times of the day when it is a lot tighter than .5/1, but for the most part during Prime time, it's not a whole lot different. I'm salivating for the day my bankroll is equipped to move up.

Oh and OT, I love your avatar. That is easily in my top 5 alltime favorite albums, with only 2 or 3 placing above it.

Yesterday, early evening, I set up four tables, started taking stats (1/2). Got back an hour later, and the ASF at all four was less than 20. Ugly.

It sure was, I had the same experience. The tables were ugly yesterday evening. Hopefully once everyone clears this bonus the tables will open back up a little.

Yeah... I've been data mining 1/2 with poker tracker in prep for moving up... but after reviewing the stats... I don't think I'm going to do it.

Seems so tight, that it is plausible that I could win at twice the rate at .5/1 that I would at 1/2.

Maybe I'll build a huge fitty bankroll then hop straight to 2/4? Sacriligious (sp) I know...
