I made a haiku that should explain everything:

I have not been paid
They will not answer emails
My players are pissed

Seems a bit harsh. A rakeback agreement is predicated on the site paying a commission to the affiliate, and the affiliate kicking back a share of that to the player. If the site stops paying the affiliate, I don't see why the affiliate should be on the hook to pay the players when he/she is no longer getting the commission.

If you're asserting that PN is still paying the affiliate, that's a different story, but my understanding is that that's not happening.

I tend to agree with the Count. I had an affiliate scam me on Party for two months worth of play, but that was my fault for trusting them. In the case of a poker site no longer honoring their word, I don't think the affiliate should have to make payments out of their own bankroll. Hell, some affiliates could owe $10K -

Pokernow sucks, but it's not the affiliates fault.

Are you being serious? I honestly can't tell. If I my players don't get paid, it's certainly not my fault! WTF do you want me to pay them with? The agreement is I would pay them what I was paid from PokerNOW. I intend to stick to this agreement. If you think I would cheat anyone in this matter, you are sorely mistaken. Many of my players are my friends in real life, I am not interested in taking their money. Get real.

This is the email I just sent, as it now past the 10th,

[ QUOTE ]

You know, you guys are really putting me in a tough spot here. I brought several new players who I know for a fact played a lot on your site and you have not paid me as per your agreement. I can only assume that after numerous phone calls and emails that you do not intend to pay me. I will be moving all of my players to another site and what you cheaters do from there is up to you.

I personally will see to it that anyone I know who is considering PokerNOW avoid it at all costs. I don't know what this means to you, but I know hundreds of players and am a respected member of several poker message boards. You will not see a dime of my money in the future, and I will be sending several emails to my players informing them that they should no longer play on your site. In fact, if you take a look, my top earners have already stopped playing at PokerNOW. You cannot compete with the other IGM skins with no affiliate program, and I will be spreading the message of how you treat your players and affiliates. I hope it was worth it for a couple bucks.

-Chris
