$299 + tax 1905fp - should i take the plunge?
I've found a 40% of coupon for the 1905fp. I've been drooling for an 19 inch flat screen for months now. Should I jump on this deal?
http://www.fatwallet.com/store.php?store=328 I run two monitors and this one would be my primary. I 3 table. Anyone have any screen shots of how much overlap there is at 1024x768? How about 1080 x 1024? Or should I just wait 6 months for the 2001FP? I'm looking to spend around $300 or less. HC |

1024 :
http://img36.echo.cx/img36/7830/straightflush6bp.jpg 1280 (max for that monitor) : http://img206.exs.cx/my.php?loc=img2...ge=aces5kr.gif IMO, way too much to pay for a monitor if you want it for poker when it's max resolution is 1280. |

I'd have to agree, wait for the 2001fp. Well worth the extra money for 1600x1200 (no overlap). Also, for what it's worth, my co-worker (who doesn't play poker) just exchanged his 1905 for the 2001fp because he hated the picture. He says the difference is night and day.

Thanks for the replies. I'll wait for the next good deal and get the 2001fp. It's hard to spend $500 on a monitor, but I don't think I can wait another year for the price to drop to $300.

It's hard to spend $500 on a monitor [/ QUOTE ] It's hard for the first one, but once you get that it, the second one will seem like a bargain. |
