Just had a hand vs. Pete Giordano (TheRealBeat).

Two EP limpers for 20, I complete w/ Q6c, Pete checks the BB.

Q22 two hearts. Checked around. Turn Ten of hearts. I bet 60 into 80. Pete calls quickly. Heads up to the river.

It bricks, I check, he bets 225 into 200, I instacall, he had Kh9x. MHIG.

I type "Cmon Pete, you can't bluff a calling station."

that was fun.

you pbonerized him.

ugly hour. Actually it was great until KK loses to 99 and I lose half my stack. 1100. Luckily I have some real fish at my table. They keep claiming that they are "trouts, not fish" Whatever. Isn't a trout just a big fish?

MKiller50 went out 1490. I missed the bust out hand. Your friend seems a little L/P. Tell him he should fold and raise more, call and check less.

Woo, I'm out in the second hand. I pick up TT in the SB, it's minraised in front of me. I reraiseto 300, get raised to 600, and then foolishly move in on an 8 high flop. He had aces, and no help on the turn or river.

Thanks CSC ... it's my little brother, he won sattelites into this one and into the $1 million, but these are his biggest entries so far. My guess is he was playing scared, but he definitely falls into l/p too often.

I'll get the full report from him later tonight, but thanks again for watching him and your analysis.

Default Re: JJ Hand - Analysis?

Sigh. Sometimes this game makes me want to vomit. Don't have time to go into my thought process here (obviously I turtled on this flop), but am interested in comments. Mainly, I don't think I have any room to raise on the flop or turn (terrible flop for me/no read on villain - just joined table) and am looking for alternative thought processes that may have salvaged this hand. I just don't see 'em. . .

Posting on this damn thing has often been my jinx, but here goes.

Chillin at table 39 with t3400 and the ytrain, who just nearly doubled up against a short-stack with A5 vs. J9. Well done.

Default Knocked out by Zee Justin

Out 801st...

I am relatively new to the large MTT's and the competition in this tourney was tougher than I have experienced.

I had been trying to pick up some chips and blinds had just gone up. Zee Justin is the big blind with 88. I know he had a tough call here.

With both of our stacks at about the average of 3000 was I blinding pushing to steal 225 in blinds? Did you call looking to be ahead and coinflip at worst?

Just curious and still learning, Thanks

ZJ has 88.

Did I make a huge mistake pushing this one AQo into this player in this situation? I was trying to stay on the agressive side and had been gettting outplayed postflop. My push must have smelled like AK,AQ,AJ,TT, 99, 77, 66. Making 88 half way decent. Coinflipping at worst.
