i'm talking about betting, and getting raised on the river. If I check, I'm calling for sure.

I don't think you'll gain much by betting here. If you bet and they fold you won't gain anything, and if you get raised you will loose two bets instead of one.

The river is easy:

Bet, but fold to a raise (from anyone).


The fact that this table is "pretty passive" makes this the correct play even moreso.

You're forgetting that, save for an AJ gutshot, the King does not complete any additional straights than were already completed on the turn.
