Poker vacation: Vegas or LA??

I stand corrected. But I still think it's absurd that, outside of gambling, there is more to do in LV than LA.

Again, I meant around the Casinos. In LA, if you want to have fun, you need to go to West Hollywood, that's a 1/2hr drive to/from the Bike/Commerce when there's no traffic. In Vegas, you are drenched and soaked in fun and gambling if you stay on the Strip.

BTW, LA and Vegas are only 4hr apart, so why not a little of both?

If you are just looking for loose women and loose poker games, no question about it, go to Vegas. If you want to go to the beach, Disneyland, music clubs on Sunset, and spend a couple of hours in your car everyday, then you should go to LA.
