Default Help settle a debate on this hand

Hero is the BB, UTG is an Eagle (TAG) in PT and is well known to Hero, Villain is decent preflop and tends to be weak post flop. Only have played against him at this table and he's down about 10BB since I sat down.

The debate is between Hero and UTG. UTG thinks the PF 3-bet was too aggressive and not a sound move. Hero says it was the correct move to get UTG to fold and get heads up against a weak post flop player. In Hero's opinion, UTG's limp indicates a small to middle pocket pair, middle suited connectors, maybe something like AT or A9.

So, after reviewing... is the PF 3-bet correct or too laggy?

Looks pretty bad too me. A good majority of the hands sb would be raising with here have hero dominated.

Hmmm didnt see it was SB raising...its close for me then. I still probably 3bet if I think TAG will fold. Never underestimate the importance of position and the initiative.

I must have screwed up the converter on my first attempt at using it. The raiser is not SB, he's Button. Sorry.

So, it should be, UTG limps, fold to Button who raises, Hero in BB 3-bets.
