Your aggression levels seem pretty low. If you have the bankroll to move up, might as well give it a shot. You can always move back down if it's a rough start.

Too loose from the SB.

Not aggressive enough.

Won at showdown is exceptionally high, don't expect to keep that BB/100.

Your aggro factor is kinda low, that's the only thing that really sticks out at me. Is this .5/1?

You've taken care of a lot of things nicely, especially WtSD! Used to be WAY low, you were folding a lot of winners, and only showing down the REAL good stuff, so your W$@SD was too high. My WtSD is 33%, W$@SD is 53%, so I'm not sure if you're a little lo/hi or I'm a little hi/lo. And VP$SB got better, still a tad loose. (I'm not one to talk tho!)

Don't go nuts on blind steals, you were 10%, you may have overcorrected. I'm around 18%. You don't mention your blind defense in your 'new' section, you were certainly folding your BB way too much. You're getting 3:1 to call 1 more bet in the BB, you should be doing that with more hands. my blinds defense %s are fold SB 83%, and BB 63%.

Good work improving your game, there's always room for more improvement, get your aggro factor up, your bb/100 could easily be around 4 if these are .5/1 stats. You'll need some extra aggro to beat the 1/2 weak tighties.

limits are .50-1 and for the guy who said "dont expect to keep that bb/100" i did better than that with a 61% w$@SD over 30k hands, not saying that a high went to SD is good its not. i think 54-55 is optimal and im WAY to good of a player not to beat the .50-1 for 2-3bb/100 and i have done so for OVER 40k hands now even playing weak, i read players hands well its not luck i have taken some HORRIBLE downswings if i got my aggression kinks worked out i think i could beat .50-1 for 3.5bb/100 but i want to get to the 2/4 or 3/6 and beat that game for 1.5-2bb/100 before i grow old.
as i see it i need to tighten SLIGHTLY in the SB and get about 10% more aggresive on the flop, turn, river
after that i dont see any holes to work on
thanks for the comments and help

You think you can move up limits and keep the same bb/100? Your game will instantly improve that much? PLease, your numbers are decent, but 1/2 is a LOT harder to beat, the players play better, you dont get paid when you hit like you do in .5/1. I destroy .5/1 for 4bb/100 over 160k hands, and I'm only about 1bb/100 in 1/2 after 35k. There's a lot less slack to work with,

Everyone has horrible downswings, that's the game. A 3.5bb/100 .5/1 player (which you aren't) doesn't just junp into 2/4 or 3/6 and pull of 2bb/100. Play more hands, get some exp.. You're talking 40k hands? You aren't gonna grow old in a few months playing another 40k.

1st part, no prob. 2nd part, your AF needs more than +10%. I was thinking more like +50 or +70%. Im 2.56/2.52/2.70 total=2.59 here, and climbing. And that's not crazy, there's a lotta ppl around here in the 3's.

At .5/1, blind stealing is almost irrelevant. Certainly the stat is not particularly meaningful (in this sample size at this limit). I wouldn't be surprised if the original poster's stat is based on something like 138 opportunities in 10,000 hands.

That said, 21% is not "going nuts". It is low. Mine is at 29%, and I know many successful middle limit players are in the mid 30s. It depends on your opponents, of course. If I was on the button against a couple blinds who defended as rarely as the poster did in his old stats, I would steal over half of the time. (Although, again, the stat is hugely misleading because of sample size. There are few stealing opportunities and .5/1 players don't steal as often as they should, mneaning that blind defense is even less important.)

Kook did you really read my post??
first i said IF i make some slight adjustments i can win 3.5bb/100 @ .50-1 maybe evern 4bb/100 NEVER said i WAS a 3.5bb/100 player YET
i have heard of MANY players doing MUCH better at 2/4 than they do at 1/2 so im not supprised you are struggling there
1/2 will be nothing more than a pitstop if i cant beat 2/4 soon ill just go back to .50-1 and bonus whore as i just cant stand 1/2 esspecialy during the offpeak hours that i play
Next time READ the damn post WELL before you get on your Horse K.....
and yes my AF numbers is my biggest hole i need to fix before moving up i think during my 10K hands @ 1/2 i will work on that and if i make 1bb/100 @ 1-2 ill be happy and move to 2/4
