Default How difficult is it to :

Teach someone with an ok understanding of poker in general to 8 table .5/$1 internet poker and break even or win 1BB/100 hands at a variety of online sites.

Not very. Buy them a copy of SSH, have them photocopy the preflop charts and explain value betting to them.
