For me this turn c/r looks so much like a semi blufeed flush draw that he picked up that i frooze and just called. Who else does this?

Given the stop n go on this board I think I like it. Similiar to this one we just had except on that one I think the villain has a lot more two pair potential on the turn, but maybe I'm wrong.

I don't think he calls the raise enough with a worse hand- its often a last ditch bluff (no value in a riase) or a flush that often 3-bets (big downside), maybe QJ. Call absent a particularized read in light of the turn check-raise and subsuquent turn call.

I would call here as well but I'd be asking myself why didn't my opponent go for a checkraise on the river. I would guess that since it's a scary board, your opponent is afraid you won't bet. I can't conceive of this being anything other than a value bet by your opponent. I suspect your set was good so that's why you're asking. If you were nearly 100% certain you could laydown to a 3 bet on the river then I'd probably raise.

based on your read this is a good call.

also, you get stung for 3 bets when ur hand is bad.
