Default Slowplay AA here?

$22 on party.

Since the flop doesnt look too dangerous, sandbagging is
a reasonable play here, right?

I would re-raise all-in and hoped they called with their top pair. EDIT: ON THE FLOP!

I never feel comfortable slowplaying Aces, you let him get in charge of the hand and he took you down. I kind of get the feeling he was betting for protection like he had a weak king, QQ or JJ. The flop call wasn't too bad, a scary card hit on the turn, and you managed to get away from it. I would have been tempted to push into him on the turn, but that would depend on the table and reads etc...

After having read your replies and thought about it again, I would probably raise to about 300 on the flop now and hope that he calls/reraises.

i RARELY slowplay anymore

it may be a slight leak but getting sucked out on by misplaying a hand is frustrating at a STT and you only have one pair here, albeit the overpair.

the king hit so you were able to get away from it. i question what happeneds when a T-Q card falls though. how do you handle that situation? you don't know if you're up against 2 pair drawing to the under part of the board pairing or whatever. I just play these big hands pretty fast and hope they hold.

i'm slighly slower w/ sets and straights etc.
