low speed internet,do any online sites work with it?

i've just recently moved,and my rural area has no high speeed internet access,yes that sucks!!!!
i played empire poker ,and now with low speed i just can't get on the site.does anyone know if other sites work with low speed,and i mean super low here,28.8,please someone tell me there's atleast one!!!!!

I have used pokerchamps.com over a crappy dialup while traveling.

i used to two table on partypoker on a 28.8k, so it's definitely possible. what error/problem arises when trying to connect?

on empire it just simply won't bring the site up at all on this low speed,just keeps saying waiting for connection,i'm going to start looking at all the sites,but they take forever to download on low speed,about a half hour each,just to see if you can use the site,i've just downloaded ultimate bet,and it seems like it might work,i'm hopeful,i like empires foremat,but will not be picky now with low speed,whatever sites works best will have to do,i just hope they have a good variety of tournaments.

i'm downloading pokerchamps right now,and it says it will take 2hrs,lol,i'll be surprised if it works,ultimate bet is looking promising,i was able to sign up for a freeroll,so hopefully if the site works for me,i'll make a deposit and be playing again tonight,i haven't played a tourney in 3 days,having major withdrawls,LOL!
