I'd say only consider folding from the SB in an unraised pot if there is only 1 limper or no limpers. With 1 limper, I'd fold hands like J3o. With 2 or more limpers I call any 2 as long as BB isn't a frequent BB raiser.

My W% when calling the river is 31% ... I really have no idea what the ideal number here is. I don't think there is a single ideal number. It really depends on your style of play. If you are very aggressive on the river, your % when calling should be much lower as you will be betting/raising many times when you think you might be even slightly ahead. My agg factor on the river is only 1.6 so I think that contributes to the higher win %.

As hinted in this thread your SB stats look a little low.
With a 2/3 structure you often have fantastic odds to call with some pretty marginal hands.
