Default pokerstars $10 mtt. was this a bad fold?

I thought about this hand until my time ran out. I wasn't worried about the short stack, but the co's call and the buttons all-in had me worried. We were 12 handed at the time, so close to the final table. Thoughts?

Good fold. You have a healthy stack, and there's no need to tangle with the button who can cripple you so close to the final table. I think you see him with AA/KK/AK here 95% of the time
