Default Problem with Absolute

I tried to set up Absolute this weekend and it doesn't work. I can set up an account, navigate through the lobby, open the tables, but I get a message that I am disconnected from their server once I enter a table. I contacted support and they basically want me to disable all of the protective things I have set up (i.e. firewall, antivirus). I have not been required to do any of this for the 4 or so other sites that I have installed.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Have you tried disabling all your "protective things" to see if it worked?

I don't have any problems with it, and I'm running ZoneAlarm Pro and Symantec Anti-Virus, and my system is behind a router with NAT. However, I do have problems like this with InterPoker and have basically given up on it; they suggested the same things, and I'm not willing to run unprotected, given all the loonies out there that have nothing better to do than try to screw up other people's computers. Ask them if there are specific ports they need open for their software to run; maybe you can configure your firewall to allow them.
