I would RR this, If villain caps then id call down. Otherwise lead the river. Remember, there are only 2 cards in the deck that have you beat.

Definetly re-raise this, and see what villain's reaction is. If he caps it, I may be worried, but I would still call down. If I were in villain's place, I would be raising you with anywhere from 7, or 9+ of hearts most likely.
