Bet and fold to a raise, imo.

I like betting and folding to a raise better than checking and calling.
With a 4 flush board its possible he might fold a weak king with no diamond.
(the kind of hand he is calling with!)

I vote for check-call if only for meta game reasons. Bet-fold seems ok too but I'd really hoep for a free showdown vs a K or low diamond. while a lower pp w/o a diamond seems likely to fold.

I may be sub-optimal though.

I can see the reasoning for check and call.

Anyone thinks a player would muck a bad 2 pair or a low flush in this spot to a bet?
Probably not!

The checking and calling all the way with no turn raise smells like a weak king or a small PP.

This is exactly why I would bet and fold to a raise:

1) The ace will scare a pair of Kings along with the
2) 4 diamonds, which should scare any pair.

check and fold, you beat what? an underpair with no suited card that called all the way and now bluffs the river? meh.

If you bet, you'll just feel stupid when the Ko,xo calls you.

Check-fold......I guess a bet would be in order if you suspect this player would muck a weak king allowing you to steal the pot.
