[ QUOTE ]
if you go to the Bike can you sign up for the feature table or do they select who gets to play? [/ QUOTE ] Come in early and sign up on the dedicated list on the right side of the top section board. Tomorrow is scheduled to be $200 no limit (note: everything is subject to change but I'll try my best) and I should be there about 2:00 pm essentially hosting the NL section (I probably won't play in Live at Bike though). BTW, I think CrazyN8 and a few others might especially enjoy this one if things run to form ~ Rick |

[ QUOTE ]
I never understood "mortal nuts." If your hand is unbeatable, isn't that the imortal nuts? Mortal literally means subject to death. [/ QUOTE ] I just listened to Bart and Dave explain it and it and I don't think they got it quite right. My understanding of mortal nuts would be something like the nut flush (with an unpaired board on the turn). It's the nuts but if the board pairs on the river a set will beat it. The immortal nuts is usually used when you have the nuts on the flop or turn and the turn and/or river card can't beat you. But I could be wrong Regards, Rick |

I think it's just that "mortal nuts" is more mellifluous than "imortal nuts." |

Nice acting Tracy, thats overboard, easy to pick up on. Its technically possible if he had just called like a normal human being with a flush draw, seat 4 would have taken a shot at the river. Probably not, but.
