Clancy Movies
I'm watching Patriot Games right now. Any time I watch either this, Hunt for Red October, or Clear and Present Danger, it always reminds me of how disgusted I was with The Sum of All Fears. First of all, they dropped Ryan's character back down to status of a rookie analyst. Secondly, they casted Affleck. Just needed to get this little miniature rant off my chest.

Re: Clancy Movies
Considering that Sum of All Fears was unquestionably Clancy's worst book, it all fits.

Re: Clancy Movies
Really? It was the first one I read and I quite enjoyed it. But yes, the movie blew.

Yeah, but Tom Clancy didn't write that book.

Re: Clancy Movies
The books were much better than the movies IMO.
