It seems like it might be too aggressive, but I would have probably played it the same.

On the flop you've got 4 outs to probably the winning straight and top pair strong kicker. Not sure if I would have capped or not... maybe.

On the turn you can lead out only if you plan on folding to a raise.
On the river, since MP3 just called the turn i think a bet is safe.
Not sure why he'd just call down with a T, but i've seen it happen.

I respect your attacking this board. I have been nailed so many times on straights lately that I think I would have just taken the free showdown. The only thing I can see him calling with is the lonely T. I hope you took it, but if you did, the Gods are smiling on you.

Looking at it through the converter, it seems kind of LAGgy, but I'm not sure if I'd play it differently.
