So because I happen to like a chip and don't agree that they feel plasticky, that makes me a spokesman for them?

Good logic there buddy.

maybe he means b/c it seems like you're defending a chip that's so clearly inferior.

To be fair, I have samples of Martini Club, NJ clay, and New Paulson JB.

I like them all, and whichever you think is prettier and you want the most is the best one.

Aw, crap. We had a nice little mud-slinging fest here, and someone has to pull out the guitar and start singing Kumbaya.

But Jojo, nowhere did I ever say the NJs were superior to the Paulsons. I even stated that the Paulsons sounded and felt better and had better quality control.

My only argument was that the NJs did not feel plasticky to me. That is the only point I was making. Nowhere did I state that the NJs were on par quality wise with the Paulsons...looks, feel, sound or otherwise.

Edit : In the first post I used the word "Better" but it means better to ME. I am not a fan of the way the new paulson mold is, the small inlay with the large space or the smooth feel of the inlay. So those factors really drove me more towards liking the NJ clays more.

Well, I got a sample of the NJ's and in my opinion they dont even come close to the feel of Paulson. The Paulson feel better, sound better, stack better, and even shuffle better. The NJ chip does look real nice but I think Im going to hold out for the Paulson chips eventhough they have denoms. Thanks for everyone help!
