WILLIAM HILL CASH IN PROBLEM

My wife just tried to make a deposit on William Hill. She got an error stating that WH could not connect with Neteller. She tried deposting the same amount again and the transaction was declined due to insufficient funds. Knowing she had the funds in Neteller, she checked her NT account and found two WH transactions. The first WH transaction was accepted and the funds were taken out of her account. The other transaction was declined. However, her WH balance is still 0. She contacted email help and is waiting for a response. Anyone else have $$$ just vanish into thin air on WH?
