UB Bonuses suck. I got about 800$ from them this summer from their SNG promotion. I still have $350 left. It's excruciating unless you can play SH well and start up new tables. I'd save funds for the Empire Reload as opposed to this - but if you can do both! More power to you as UB bonuses don't expire.

Is there a deadline date by which the bonus must be cleared?

How easy is the bonus to clear at UB?

IIRC, you get 1$ for every 10 UP you collect. At 3/6, you'll get 10 UP about every 12 hands in full ring.

However, starting a table at UB allows you to earn points at DOUBLE the rate so SH play helps a lot towards bonus clearing.

They recently cut this back to an extra 50% if you're first person, 25% if you're second.

i tried it with no luck.
cashier told me it starts at noon as well,
BUT when i emailed member services it was credited
within 10 mins.

UB's web site today says that Player Appreciation Day has moved to April 1, from 12:01 am –11:59 pm ET. Although the banner artwork still has March 31!

It doesn't look like UB planned this one very well, as evidenced by the short notice, lack of promotion via e-mail, no banner in the lobby when you log in, customer service reps being unfamiliar with the terms, and now this last-minute change.

I'm sure they'll make good on it but it'll take some customer service e-mails to make it happen.

Has anyone actually had the bonus dollars show up in their account yet, given that the promotion (now) doesn't officially start until after midnight tonight?

Edit: It looks like the bonus starts after midnight, but the giveaways start at noon. 12:01 am means one minute after midnight, at least most place you go.

I deposited 200 at 12:11am Florida time and got the bonus.

I deposited right after midnight, didnt get the bonus, emailed them this morning, and now have the bonus.

Well, at least it looks like poor execution on UB's part is being remedied via good customer service.
