Only cash games seem to be working for me.

So while Party was offline, I tried to log onto the website several times using Firefox, and I saw at least 3 different front page skins within half an hour. Bit sketchy. Happen to anyone else?

Looks like money games are working now. Still no tournaments. I checked my account history and I was refuned for the three SNG's I was playing at the time of the crash

I was in a three table SnG and when I log back in it doesn't bring me to a table, so I assume the game was cancelled. However, I find that the money has not been refunded to my account. How long does this usually take?

Mine already has from a single table SnG.
Entry + share of the "dead money" from the two who had busted out.

I received my refunds already. I also received emails notifying me of the refunds. In the emails there is a link that explains the refund policy. You may want to check your email and/or your account history on Party

some refunds take longer than others.

I was on 2 tables of 5/10....one of them refunded about 30 minutes before the other one (the other money was still listed as 'in-play' in my cashier page for quite awhile).

In SNG's and tourneys I think it can take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of days (pretty sure it took 1 or 2 days on an SNG for me one time).

If you don't get it in a few hours then write to them and ask what's going on.
