Default Giving Credit for Quads

I know this doesnt happen all that often. But im curious as to how others would play this.
Villain is pretty LAGGY, ive seen him push his chips a couple times on scare cards and show just a pair when taking the pot down.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 max, 6 handed) converter

CO ($55.2)
Button ($54.75)
SB ($59.35)
BB ($39.4)
UTG ($61.15)
Hero ($69.85)

Preflop: Hero is MP with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.25. UTG posts a blind of $0.5.
Hero calls $0.50, CO calls $0.50, Button calls $0.50, SB (poster) completes, UTG (poster) checks.

Flop: ($2.50) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(6 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $0.5</font>, UTG folds, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $3</font>, CO calls $3, Button folds, SB folds.

Turn: ($9) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $7</font>, CO calls $7.

River: ($23) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $10</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $20</font>, Hero calls $10.

Final Pot: $63

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
BB doesn't show.
Hero has Td Ts (full house, aces full of tens).
CO has 4h Ah (four of a kind, aces).
Outcome: CO wins $63. </font>

Every time I think: "Well, he CAN'T have the case Ace", he's got the case Ace. Or King. Or whatever.

I check the river and probably call, depending on how much he bets.
