Would you call this river bet on a hand that I am completely making up

I'd say It depends on your position.
If you raised from early position and the guy was in middle or early position I wouldn't even bet whole the way because your opponent is likely to have an over card and any over card would beat you badly on this flop to the river (14 cards)if they called you from early position he is more likely to have an overcard because he didn't know the action behind him so he probably has high cards. If you raised in late or middle position and te guy was in middle or late position it'd be ok to bet whole the way to the river and check call it.
But here is what you should consider. There are 14 cards that beat you badly and you know 7 other cards so there are 45 remaining cards that he may have 14 cards out of those cards are bad for you.So you probably should call. But I still think that the guy positioning is important here. And I wouldn't especially bet all the way with all those high cards unless the guy was BB and defending his blind.
