You have a mega-draw, so you might as well pump the pot on the flop for a raise, you certainly have pot-equity.

A gutshot and two overs is a mega-draw? Tell me what I am missing. I don't see it.

Is this too weak to 3bet preflop, out of position?

i fold preflop. postflop plays itself and i like the river bet as you should get some callers and might get raised by 2 pair (such as q10, q9)

You'd fold preflop against a very loose and aggressive (maniacal) player?

You missed his double gutshot, it's not a gutshot at all...hence their danger, the opponents tend to miss them as well.

i guess it would depend on how maniacal this guy was. i can think of many situations where i would call here, but, generally, i dont like coldcalling in the worst position with a marginal, potentially, dominated hand.

for instance, what are this guys raising standards? does he routinely open with ax, kx or any 2 cards? if so, i can call here.

the problem is the limpers, combined with a lag postflop. it could be very easy to flop a marginal hand and have to put in a lot of chips with 2nd best.
