Default books for hold\'em tournaments

i'm looking for good books for tournaments. i host home tourn about 3-4 times a month.

also wondering what other books would help with general play and theory. i see sshe mentioned alot. would that be confusing to read that for tournament play.

Harrington on Hold 'em may be the best written book I've ever read.

Haven't read Sklansky's book on tourney poker, so can't comment there.
