Scrambled eggs put on a bagel with bacon (or Taylors Porkrolls) and cheese, it's freakin sweet.

Hmm, sounds like a good idea to use up my last onion bagel.

Scrambled, with ham/bacon bits and onions cooked in it. Then tabasco on top. Or you could make an omlette the same way.

I always start with the intention of an ommlette, but I usually get frusterated and end up with a scramble.

French omelettes are practically scrambled eggs anyway - the middle is still runny.

If your intention is to get a good "flip", when you mix the eggs initially, just add a little water (2 teaspoons) and that's it. Season it when it's set. A wide spatula helps a lot, as well.

Eggs are yummy. Over-medium is WAY better than over-easy and probably my favorite, but fried on a toasted english muffin with bacon and melted cheddar is awesome, and I love a lot of omelettes too. I haven't had devlied eggs in years, but they kick ass. Hard boiled is good in salads.

Over medium is the correct answer.

Ditto. Second Choice (also not listed): Toad-in-a-Hole/Hobo Sandwich.
