Throw money into the pot with both hands at any opportunity.

What range of hands are you assigning to the CO and the Button in Hand 2?

IMO the CO got trapped with a big A and is not a concern here. Button could have AA, so I guess that is a bit of a concern. I think I'd cap the turn and lead the river. If they're still firing, I slow down.

I get the not knowing them, but I still think, if you are trying to put button on a hand, you have to either admit that he has AA or claim that he is a maniac. And maniacs just aren't common enough, even given the overlay of calling down.

At this point, I'm curious as to what they have more-so than convinced of what they have enough to lay this down. Yes, I expect to lose at showdown unimproved in most cases. However, this is one of those rare cases where you hit a hand against unknowns very early in a session.

How would it affect you to fold, then see that you would've won this hand? It's not a silly or sarcastic question. You can't be totally confident in this fold given the definitive factors presented. I'd be kind of pissed at myself if that happened. Many could be pissed enough that they go on tilt a bit and blow off more than what it would've taken to call this out.

Live, this can be a much less tougher laydown. Online, no reads at all? No way.

Hand 1: I put the CO on TPGK and the Button on 33, 77, a strangely played AA or 56s. I called and the CO called. The river was a blank, and I check/called the river.

Results: The CO had AQ and the Button had 56s.

Hand 2: I figured the CO was a maniac or had 55, and the Button had AA and that the turn and that a lot of bets were going in on the turn and river. I folded!

Results: The turn and river were capped. The CO had 55 and the Button had AA.
