AJ at Party 15/30
Im one off the button with AJo.
All fold to me and I raise, loose button 3-bets, BB calls as do I. Flop: A 4 7r I bet out and get reraised by the button. BB folds. Standard move, yet what should I do? |

Re: AJ at Party 15/30
If they're very LAGGY I usually call and check-raise the turn. Not so LAGGY I would probably three bet, and bet the turn. Thats what I actually do, although whether its the best thing to do, I'm not so sure.

Re: AJ at Party 15/30
Fold the turn unimproved if he caps. I like just calling here and going into check call mode. Poor players will continue to bet worse aces, and if he's trying to push you off a hand with a big PP, you can bet b/c he may may check behind on the turn.

Re: AJ at Party 15/30
ok, that's what happened. I ended up check calling him down and was beat by his AQ.
Thanks for the advice. -KidPokerX |

You really need to have a read on the player, because there are plenty of clowns at the Party 15/30 who will cap the flop with middle pair (or worse), especially heads up. Against them, you need to call down or keep betting. Against a more conservative player, folding the turn is fine. |
