I think the line is fine. If the CO is paying any attention at all, he's probably going for the limp-reraise with less than a stellar hand, given the button's propensity to raise. I have seen lots of people limp reraise with AK, which you are ahead of here. Of course the standard is AA or KK, but I can't see the limp reraise from the CO...maybe UTG, but not CO...he's probably tired of button raising when he limps and wanted to pop him back. I think you ahead and played it right.
