I think a 15/8 is tighter than this. I'm 19/10 and that's pretty much all I raise with UTG (and I also limp-reraise with certain pairs so this skews it even more).
I'm guessing the range for the average 15/8 UTG might very well be AA-TT, AKs-AJs, AKo-AJo, and that's it. I think reraising with TT is pushing it, unless you're an excellent player, or the opponent can be pushed around postflop. |

Heads up with position, three bet with pocket tens as a big ace is more of a likely then any big pocket pair. Make it three bets and it sounds like you will know how to play this hand from there on out against this tight predictable opponent. Fold all those other hands including 9,9.

Pokerstove is assuming that both players will never fold and neglecting the fact that you have position.
