Anyone ever Plateau??

I've played hours and hours of poker...read book upon book...I happen to be on a somewhat "losing streak" --$65 dollars down right now-- lately just from playing in bad moods mostly. See this is what I am talking about I know how to win and how to lose but it seems as tho my skills have plateau'd. Do yuh feel me? how do i get around this or move above it?

It might be helpful to take some time off. The plateau you speak of may be that things are getting routine for you and you are having trouble mixing it up. Or, it could be that you are just experiencing a downswing (due to variance). Either way, some time off may help.
