EMPIRE RELOAD 'GET15'?

there appears to be no rhyme or reason to whom they choose to get the reload. you just have to get lucky.

I heard that you are more likely to get these reload bonus popups if there is nothing or almost nothing in your account. I think I read that on bonuswhores.com. Anyone know if this is true?

no this showed up as brand new post on page one..never look at the date the original post was made.
I hadnt played empire in like two months but had like 10 bucks in the account...i get tons of emails from empire though...like 2-3 a month offering me special bonus promotions.
