PokerStars 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

How many outs should I be giving myself on the flop here? Or what was I thinking? Flop bettor(MP1) is passive and likely holds a K.

Preflop: Hero is SB with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, MP1 calls, 2 folds, CO calls, Button calls, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: (6 SB) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, UTG+1 checks, MP1 bets, CO calls, Button folds, Hero calls, BB calls, UTG+1 folds.

Turn: (5 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, MP1 bets, CO raises, Hero calls, BB folds, MP1 calls.

River: (11 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero checks, MP1 checks, CO bets, Hero folds, MP1 calls.

Final Pot: 13 BB

[/ QUOTE ]

It felt funny cuz you should've ditched it on the turn.

EDIT: This is the easiest flop fold in the world.

Implied odds are there for the flop call IMO.

EDIT: No they're not. I need to learn to read the board.

Right. Which gives him maybe 7 outs. He's getting 8:2 on the cold call. Maybe 9:2 if the original bettor calls. This ain't enough IMO.

At least I'm not alone...

I really respect the other two posters that disagreed with me but....I see it the same way here. Not to mention how bad it would suck to have a 3 bet happen and then maybe even a cap.

Josh mentioned it as well, but I'm not giving myself full outs for the 2 gutshots because I'm not feeling real great if the one that helps me is a club.

OK, let's assume the original bettor will call, which means we are getting 9:2 (4.5:1) on our call. We will get there (I am assuming 7 outs, cuz the crubs are tainted) 7/46 times.

If we assume that we will win 1BB from each opponent when we get there, that means we win a total of 11 bets 7 times, for a total of 77. The times we miss, we will fold the river. We will pay 2 bets 39 times, for a loss of 78 bets.

I guess it's close, but there are times when only 1 of the others will call our river bet, but there are also times when we can c/r and get a few extra bets. There is also the time when the crub hits. If we get raised, can we safely fold, and de we have the discipline to do so?

I am not sure what this proves, if anything, but it was bugging me.
