Ah, I misread the 48 as 43. Okay, I'm pretty sure I remember you now. You were playing pretty tight, pretty quiet. You were one of the reasons I wanted a table change for a while. table was tight early. but it loosened up by 10.00pm when I left. Straddles (dead), 5 way caps preflop, it was great.

I was fluctuating between down 100 to up 150ish for a while, but toward the end of my session things opened up and I started catching some great hands agains other good hands. It was a good time.

I ended up going home up 70BB that weekend (40BB from saturday). You're right, that game is good and easy. Some of my poorer friends who were playing 3/6 were salivating by the end of the night.

Say hi if you see me again (I don't get down there that often though).

Congrats on the win, that's a nice weekend. I only get to AC about 4-5 times a year. Had planned on coming over with a lawyer friend and one of my brothers, but both had other commitments. About a month ago, I played 5 hours of 4-8 at the Trop and it got goofy tight, 5 chopped blinds in the last two hours....I just had to call it a nite. I might have been a little harsh in my assessment of the table, but there were some goofy hands played and showed down. Do you have any intel on good 5-10 stud or 4-8 omaha8 games in AC. I'd watched some 5-10 stud at the Trop, sometimes it looked schooled and another time appeared fairly silly. Still trying to get my head around O8, but it looks interesting. Maybe give it a run this summer. Best of luck in your next fishing trip.

Default How much is $6/$12 Small Blind?

How big is the SB in this game? Is there a standard for B&M $6/$12?

At Rucky Chances 6/12 is played with green $2 chips and the blinds are 1 chip/3 chip.

The game goes quicker, less making change and less fumbling with chips, if you get red and white and make up a $48 or $60 candycane (51515151) stack to work from plus some odd whites for sb.

In California each game has its own chip. For example, 9/18 at Commerce is played with red $3 chips only, and 6/12 is played with green $2 chips. This makes the 6/12 and 4/8 red/white chip nonsense on the East Coast look quite retarded.
