Re: I could have given somebody the worst bad beat ever
I lost a flopped ace-high flush to a turned straight flush.
But thats not as horrible as one hand a guy I know saw at the penny tables: a guy flops a straight flush... only to lose to a higher straight flush. Good thing it was at a penny table, huh? |

Player 1: QsQd Player 2: TsTc Player 3: AhKh Flop: ThTdQh Turn: Qc River: Jh Bad beat: guy with quad T's, who is set up to win the $200,000 jackpot losing to quad Q's ends up with 3rd best had when player 3 rivers royal flush. TT gets same share as those who folded hand... |

Re: I could have given somebody the worst bad beat ever
had a hand like this the other day as well.
Oddly enough holding Pocket 3's also. Runner Runner 3 and would have had quads. Nice to see I wasn't the only one being teased |

Re: I could have given somebody the worst bad beat ever
[ QUOTE ]
Here is a worse beat that happened to a friend of mine in a tourney. Player 1: KK Player 2 Ax Flop comes K44. P1 likes his boat and goes all in. P2, who has him covered, calls. It comes running 4’s and P2 wins with the A kicker. The sad thing was that the guy who lost went on tilt for weeks, if not longer. At first he would talk about the hand at the tables. But later on people started reminding him of it just to taunt him. [/ QUOTE ] lol, i've done that to someone I read this dude as 'weak' right from preflop to river, final board of: KQQQQ I had A7 for the nuts he had KK (flopped top boat, by river playing the board) |
