I still don't like it. It's likely dominated, and your not getting a multiway pot. Not to mention having to play it out of position.

preflop, meh.

From the flop I think this is an easy call down; bet if checked to.

Since preflop raiser folded I would go for a check-raise and see what happens. If he calls, I bet the turn and the river. If he reraises flop I call and fold turn unimproved.

I'd rather call down because you're either way ahead/behind.

If you c/r and he's on something worse than an A he might fold the turn. If you just call he may think he's good or continue to bluff all the way.

If villian has one of the lower cards paired, villian has 5 outs. I'm not sure that is way behind. Also, two spades aren't way behind either.

Hero is out of position. I wouldnt wanna give free cards if I have the best hand.
MP1 might be on flush draw and might then check the turn. He might check with anything on the turn if he thinks he is beaten.

preflop is not meh, it is an easy call.

This thread may be of interest to you. You are in position in this case, but the same principle applies. Keep calling but bet if you are checked to.

EDIT: sorry, you are OOP in this case too. so the thread i gave you is even more relevant.
