Default Ok, I have to ask...

I've been hanging around 2+2 for a month or so, taking everything in, but every time the babe posts I'm left wondering what 'LGPG' means; Look Good, Play Good? Live Good, Play Good? Let's Get Playing, Gentleman? Look God, Please Go? Love God, Praise God? (to offset the obviously blasphemous previous Acronymn). Inquiring minds want to know. Thanks.

"When I think about the best games I've ever been in, I remember lots of guys limping pre-flop with crap."

Or lots of guys crapping preflop with a limp. Hmm, it seems that crap and limp are interchangable words, so they must be synonyms.

Tommy

LGPG is the Babe's Motto: "Look Good, Play Good". Although, I liked your other ideas too.! LGPG, Babe [img]/forums/images/icons/heart.gif[/img]

Andy,

I agree heartily with number 7 (simply pushing the cards in making it easier for the dealer when folding from the end seats).

Unfortunately, I've known too many players (and one or two players who go out of their way to project an image of themselves as "nice people"), who will cleverly and deliberately *torture“ a dealer by pushing their cards just an inch or two away when folding when it suits their fancy (usually after they have gotten a bad beat). I think this subtle and deliberate cruelty is reprehensible. Being obviously cruel is one thing, but being “sneaky cruel” is far worse IMO.

Regards,

Rick

* The “torture” comes when a dealer ages and has severe back problems.

the babes motto was originally -ladies get pretty gifts. but soon everyone found out she was married and she had to return them. then she tried -leggy girls play golf. that worked until she beat some of the men and they wouldnt play with her anymore. so now she is up to a new trick. looks good plays good. hoping she can run over the men in the games. so far i heard its working, but there is a newly formed coalition to stop her.

Can I take it that there is never a situation in which you would limp(not raise) with JT unsuited?

No. The prior post's conditions began with the all exclusive "let's say."
