Default Crossroads - What to do, what to do...

Well losing $2,000 in 3 hours on Saturday is causing me to reexamine what I should be pursuing with my poker career. After almost 16 months exclusively at the 6max tables, I still wonder if it is where I really belong despite the experience and the great advice I read here daily.

Since moving to 10/20 I'm earning a hair under 1BB/100 after almost 63,000 hands. When I started at the 5/10 6max I did 2.3BB/100 for about 85,000 hands before moving up.

Despite my best efforts I still wonder if my blinds play (losing .17 and .13 BB/hand respectively) and my style (22VPIP, 12PFR, 32WSD, 34W$WSF, 57W$SD) wouldn't be better served in the full 15/30 games (are the 10/20 full games not even worth considering at Party?)

My original goal for 2005 was 200,000 hands at $40/100. Right now I am WAY behind in hands as my business for the first quarter has been super busy. I've barely played 8000 hands when my pace to hit even 150,000 hands for the year would be over 32,000. I hope to make up the hands during my slower spring-fall seasons. I haven't played a tournament since December.

So... what do you think? Any input is appreciated, as are your daily posts. Thanks. Pack

Yeah. And raise preflop more. Your style is solid enough to grind out a small profit, but pretty lame. I think you're giving up in too many marginal but slightly +EV situations.

What others said and I'm guessing you should steal more.

Have you thought about returning to 5/10 to improve these aspects. It sounds like you were making more sheer dollars per 100 there. Just a thought.
