you have to bet the turn. if he has hearts you need to charge him. if he has a king (which you are very likely ahead of) he will view your bet as a kind of steal and will likely push. checking is bad.

Agreed I actually thought about that...
But the same players that limp with K2/K4 are the same players that think 2 pair is a good slowplay so I would have expected a call on the flop. That being said it is still a possiblity. I think the line in betting the turn again will provide more information. -Gryph

Isn't it possible that the villain thinks you have the have the flush draw after your bet-call on the flop. Then he fills up on the turn and checks behind hoping you hit your flush on the river?
I've got him on 44 or 22 ~mad

I think your opponent had 2 pair or a set on the flop and filled up on the turn or even the river if he had K3 or maybe he made a straight with 5h6h, Ah5h.
Itīs also possible he is being tricky and overplaying a bad king but he would probably bet the turn if he had trips not wanting to give a free card to a flush draw. I donīt think I would have overbet the pot on the river. Since I put him on a draw or full house the best way to make money from him would probably be to check and hope that he bluffs a busted draw and if he does happen to have trips he will bet anyway.

Definite call, especially the way you played it, checking the turn. You have underrepresented the strength of your hand, presumably to catch a bluff. Here it is, catch it.
FWIW I would not get cute and check the turn. Bet the pot.
