Default Too Aggresive?

This just happend. Want to know if I way over played this or not.

Converter messed up. He bet 6 on the turn and I raised him 12. He went all-in and I called.

I don't think you overplayed it. Sure he could have JT or a set but he could also have A9, A8, 8h9h or even AK and you are getting 2,5:1 on your money. I don't really think you can get away from this unless you have a good read on your opponent.

I think you should have raised more on the flop though, you are playing with deep stacks on a very coordinated flop, make him pay if he is on a draw and if he has AT, AJ he will probably call anyway.
