Default question about tourney time voting strategies

i have a couple of quick questions on the differences between the tourney and regular season

how should my bets differ because its the tourney. i know games are a lot closer because teams are playing at their absolute hardest and it could be the last time they play. but how should that affect my betting.
and in the past how have odds makers compensated for this..do they usually place spreads too low or high

one more question
i was wondering what the best book for betting underdogs on the money line is.. i use pinnacle and superbook and a lot of the time the money line is "off" or you just cant include some moneylines in parlays...which book gives the best odds for dogs...thanks a lot
