Re: Laying down QQ HU (5/10 Hand)
You've got 2 clean Q outs. If you're drawing against a set, then that's all you have. If you're drawing against a K, you've only got those Q outs aas well. If you're drawing against 2 pair, you've got as few as 3 and as many as 6 two-pair outs. If he's pumping a flush draw + pair, you've got to dodge 11 or so cards on the river.
So I guess it depends on your read of villian, and whether you thought you were up against 2 pair, a K, a set, or a draw. He'd have to be a real nutjob to go to war on the flop with K9, much less K6 or K3, so I'm guessing you thought you were up against a set or two pair. Does the typical unknown fast-play a set on the flop like that in this game? |

Something fishy is going on here. I think I'd payoff.

Re: Laying down QQ HU (5/10 Hand)
You are probably against a set but you have 5:1 on a call-down and the guy could easily be getting too happy about a 9 or a diamond draw. Save these types of folds for a known player.
