no i wouldn't fold, but i'd bet a normal amount on the flop to keep weaker made hands around, like A7, K9, etc.

7 or 8 into a 9.5 pot (after rake) sounds right.

I think you are giving away too much information overbetting the flop, if you had AQo or 99 here would you really bet 15$ or will you only do it when you have TPTK or better?

I don't understand why you would want to end it now, wouldn't you rather get some value out of 88, A7 etc?
When you overbet the pot he might very well read you for a big hand like AK, KQ, AA and fold those hands and only raise when he has you beat.

I actually like his play on the flop. If I was in his situation I would put you on a hand like AK or maybe a flush draw.
By raising now he will give a flush draw the wrong odds to chase but he will still get called by AK.

Once he raises you I think you have to push since you don't have a read, you don't know if he got that stack playing solid poker or if he is just a maniac having a good day.
He could have a flush draw, a king or even a lower pair.
