Two Pair no good?

I've only got 14 hands on the villan here and he's 21/8 with no meaningful postflop data. Do I call the turn here and call a non-scary river? Do I call down no matter what the river is? Should I even call the turn raise? Thanks.

I'd call the turn raise but there's no point calling this river, two-pair is having like Ace high on a board like this.

Getting 7.5 to 1 on the turn call I think it's fine but the river is a pretty easy fold

Turn: pot isn't that big so I might check/fold. Too weak-tight? but I would call turn raise if I initially bet out.
River: definitely check/fold. no point trying anything. if pot was bigger then check/call seems fine (and I mean much bigger)
