Default Pokerstove question

If I do something like search the results of KK against a range of hands, such as AK/AA/KK/QQ etc, will it make the hands including King's automatically less likely to show up in the results?

I hope so; otherwise it seems pretty broken. You can't really arrive at accurate equity numbers without taking that into account.

EDIT: So here's a simple experiment to check. Take KK, run calculations against AK and against QQ. Now run calculations against the range AK, QQ and see if the answer you get matches the weighted average of the two hands individually.

I did this experiment myself, and it came out correctly. So yes, it works.

Yes it does. It weights according to probability of getting dealt the hand preflop, given your holdings, I believe.

Very nice, thanks a lot. Sorry I asked here before testing, it was very lazy of me!
