well I managed to not go broke after flopping 2 pair into another guys flopped set. Good thing the straight draw on the turn slowed me down. A little over 1k left.

And then 44 looked too enticing from my SB. Flop of 23T I bet got a cold call, King hit and I was pretty much pot committed so I pushed. 77 calls and I'm on the rail. Good luck all.

My first big tourney. (same name as here). I'm at table 76 with $4170. Doubled up when I was forced all-in with AJh vs A4d and it held up.

UPDATE: As I was typing this: Now I've got $7240. I was in BB w/ JJ and the button raised a limper to $400 pre-flop (blinds are 50/100). I had double the raiser's chips so I put them both all-in. Limper folds, raiser calls and turns over KK. I rivered the Jack. Bad beat for him. I'm sure I suck but oh well. I got in on a $3 qualifier.
