Limp Reraising
I'm not sure if this has been touched on before, but what do you guys think of limp reraising AA KK AKs UTG on a 6 max table??
I usually just raise these hands, but because of the aggro nature of some of these tables I have been toying with this idea?? Is this FPS or something worth doing?? |

Re: Limp Reraising
It's quite useless. You should be raising alot in these shortgames, there just is no place for open limping. Alot of the time when you raise UTG you're really just hoping to win the blinds or get to play it against the blinds. When you actually pick up a hand you can't mix it up. You need to show down legitimate hands that you've played identically to the semi-junk.

Re: Limp Reraising
Dont bother, the fact that you have 2 aces or kings in your hand means its less likely someone has a raising hand.
Its tough taking beats when you have big hands so do the best you can to avoid them by raising preflop. |

Re: Limp Reraising
Alexthegreat,
Limping is BAD 1st or 2nd in playing 6 max. If u limp with those hands after 2 other cats have limped, then there are fewer people to raise the hand behind u. Basically if u do this, change your name to Alexisnotgreat. p.s. Just jokeing about "notsogreat" thing. I'm nice guy try to help |
